Nokia X Review
Nokia X is a well built first Android Budget Smartphone from Nokia which comes in 6 different vivid colours. The Nokia X comes with stock Android 4.1 Jelly Bean version with no Play Store as it has not been certified with Google but for alternative it comes with its own Store which includes almost every day to day needed app from play store, however by rooting and installing Custom Roms you can eneble Google Play in this device.

As the base of Nokia X is Android so it supports almost every android app, but the best this about apps in Nokia X is that it comes pre loaded with some of the best Windows Phone Apps, these app includes Nokia Mix Radio, Here Maps, Here Drive, Nokia Camera, Music and Gallery and for Home Screen launched it have Fastlane app which lets you access all your apps and social Networks all from your Home Screen.
With no access to Google Play Store, Nokia needed a way to get apps onto the Nokia X. And that meant building a store. Nokia has created its own app store in the past, so the concept isn’t completely new. But with the Nokia X, they’ve had to start from scratch which means getting developers to submit their apps to fill out the listings. And right now this just hasn’t happened. There are a few decent names in there like SwiftKey and many popular apps but still it lacks a large app store like Google Play.
The Camera :-
The Nokia X Features a Single Primary camera of 3.15 Mega Pixel with no flash support, however the quality of camera is extremely good. The camera app which comes with Nokia X fetures a lot of functions and settings.
The most surprising thing is that Nokia developed such a feature packed camera app for something as low-end as the Nokia X. Just on out and out settings alone, Nokia’s camera app outranks Google’s newly released Camera application. And that’s insanely frustrating. You’re able to so so much in the app that is wasted on the hardware round the back.
Exposure, ISO, noise reduction, a small number of color effects, white balance, sharpness, contrast can all be altered on the fly within the app. There’s also a panorama shooting mode, and while it’s no Nokia Camera app for Windows Phone, it’s really not bad.

Purchasing Nokia X will be a good decision if you are purchasing your first smartphone or if you wanted to shift from Windows Phone to Android, however the Performance and Features are not too good and many many companies like Micromax and Gionee are offering much better smartphone in this same budget.
